Cold Brew Coffee
  • 12 ounces Cold Brew Coffee
  • 2 tablespoons Pure Maple Syrup for sweetness
Cold Foam
  • ¼ cup Heavy Cream can substitute with half-and-half
  • ¼ cup 2% Milk or almond milk for non-dairy
  • ¼ teaspoon Flaky Sea Salt reserve some for garnish

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Pour 12 ounces of cold brew coffee into a tall glass filled with ice.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons of pure Wisconsin maple syrup, stirring until fully dissolved.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine ¼ cup of heavy cream, ¼ cup of 2% milk, 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, and ¼ teaspoon of flaky sea salt. Whip the mixture until frothy and light.
  4. Pour the cold foam over the prepared cold brew coffee mixture, creating a layered effect.
  5. Sprinkle additional flaky sea salt on top before serving.
