  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
For Garnish
  • 1/2 cup Sliced Green Onions

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Blend until creamy and smooth.
  3. Fold in the refried beans and the drained Rotel tomatoes, stirring thoroughly.
  4. Add taco seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cumin, and black pepper. Mix well.
  5. Gently fold in 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese and half of the sliced green onions.
  6. Spread the mixture evenly into a prepared baking dish. Smooth the top and sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with remaining green onions before serving.
  9. Serve warm with crispy tortilla chips, fresh vegetables, or pita chips.
