Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease an 8-inch baking dish or cast-iron skillet with avocado oil.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix refried beans, sour cream or Greek yogurt, diced green chiles, and taco seasoning until smooth.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish, leaving some dip exposed along the edges.
  4. Sprinkle cheese over the top. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Allow to cool for about 5 minutes. Garnish with lime wedges.
  6. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
