- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and gather your ingredients and equipment.
- Combine the lean ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Press the beef mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
- Dice the medium yellow onion and caramelize in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown, about 8-10 minutes.
- Layer the bottom half of the Hawaiian rolls in the baking dish, top with beef, onions, and cheese.
- Place the top half of the rolls on top, brush with melted butter, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes.
