Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook your bacon over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes, flipping occasionally until it's crispy and golden brown. Use a slotted spoon to transfer the cooked bacon to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess fat. Make sure to save a little bacon grease in the skillet.

- Lower the heat to medium-low and add 1-2 tablespoons of unsalted butter to the skillet with the bacon grease. Allow the butter to melt completely and bubble for about 1 minute.

- Spread melted butter on the outside of each slice of bread. Place the turkey slices, creamy avocado, crispy bacon, and a handful of shredded cheddar cheese between the unbuttered sides.

- Carefully place the assembled sandwich in the skillet, cooking each side for 3-4 minutes. Press down gently with a spatula, allowing the cheese to melt and the bread to become nicely browned.

- Once the sandwich is perfectly toasted, remove it from the skillet and let it rest for about 1 minute. Cut the sandwich in half and serve warm.

Notes
Ensure your skillet is hot enough for optimal toasting and melting of the cheese. Let your grilled cheese rest after grilling to prevent it from falling apart.
