Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) for about 10 minutes.
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef and diced onion for 5-7 minutes until browned. Drain grease, then mix in ketchup, mustard, and chopped pickles for another 2-3 minutes.
  3. Roll out pizza dough to a 12-inch round shape.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese around the edge of the dough and fold over to create a stuffed crust.
  5. Spread pizza sauce, add half of the beef mixture, mozzarella, and pepper jack cheese. Repeat the layering.
  6. Cover with another round of rolled dough, sealing the edges.
  7. Brush the top with a mixture of melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
