- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry and cut into 12 squares, pressing them into the muffin tin.
- Cut brie into 12 small cubes and place one cube in each pastry cup.
- Spoon cranberry sauce onto each brie cube, ensuring not to overfill.
- If using, sprinkle candied pecans on top of the cranberry sauce.
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
- Cool for 5 minutes and garnish with rosemary before serving.
