  • 2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard Yellow mustard can be substituted.
  • 1/4 cup Honey Maple syrup is a great vegan alternative.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or oil.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them a couple of inches apart.
  4. Bake the meatballs in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  5. While the meatballs are baking, heat a saucepan over medium heat with cranberry sauce, Dijon mustard, and honey until blended and warm, about 5 minutes.
  6. Once baked, transfer the meatballs to a large mixing bowl and pour the warm cranberry glaze over them. Toss gently to coat.
  7. Serve the meatballs garnished with parsley, either as an appetizer or with sides like mashed potatoes or salad.
