Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or oil.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined, about 1-2 minutes.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them a couple of inches apart.
- Bake the meatballs in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- While the meatballs are baking, heat a saucepan over medium heat with cranberry sauce, Dijon mustard, and honey until blended and warm, about 5 minutes.
- Once baked, transfer the meatballs to a large mixing bowl and pour the warm cranberry glaze over them. Toss gently to coat.
- Serve the meatballs garnished with parsley, either as an appetizer or with sides like mashed potatoes or salad.
