Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare baking dish with non-stick spray.

  4. Gradually add warmed whole milk, cook for 3-5 minutes until sauce thickens.

  6. Pour cheese sauce over layered potatoes and onions, ensuring even coverage.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 90 minutes, until tender when pierced.
  8. Remove foil and broil for 3-5 minutes until top is golden and bubbly.
