Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by washing and slicing 1 cup of fresh strawberries into small pieces. Set aside in a bowl.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of vanilla Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Mix until creamy and well combined.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Dollop about 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture onto the parchment, then place a few pieces of the remaining strawberry on top of each mound.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1 cup of chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon of coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals until melted and smooth.
  5. Drizzle the melted chocolate over each yogurt dollop and sprinkle a pinch of flaky salt over the top.
  6. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 1 hour or until completely set.
  7. Once frozen, serve directly from the freezer, allowing each bite to sit at room temperature for a few minutes before eating.
