Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by pouring 6 cups of Rice Chex cereal into a large mixing bowl. Set it aside while you prepare the melting mixture.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of milk chocolate chips, 1/2 cup of creamy peanut butter, and 1/4 cup of butter over low heat. Stir frequently for about 5 minutes until melted and smooth.
  3. Pour the creamy melting mixture over the Rice Chex cereal. Gently mix until every piece is well-coated.
  4. Transfer the coated cereal into a gallon-sized Ziplock bag. Add 2 cups of powdered sugar, seal tightly, and shake until coated.
