Preparation
  1. Carve tiny indentations on one side of each mozzarella ball and press a finely chopped kalamata olive into each to create the pupils.
  2. Slice the pepperoni into chunks and rounds, and cut the red bell pepper into small wedges.
  3. Assemble the skewers by threading red pepper, pepperoni, mozzarella ball, and then repeat with other ingredients.
  4. Chill the assembled skewers in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
