Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C), and prepare your cake pans by greasing and lightly flouring them.

  3. Add eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
  4. Pour in boiling water and stir gently until the batter is smooth and thin.
  5. Evenly distribute batter into prepared pans, tapping to remove air bubbles.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, testing for doneness with a toothpick.
  7. Cool the cakes in pans for 10 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack to cool completely.
  8. Once cooled, frost the top of one layer with chocolate frosting, add the second layer, and frost the entire cake.
  9. Melt white chocolate chips and drizzle over the cake in a circular motion, using a toothpick to create the spiderweb effect.
