- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside, allowing steam to escape.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti with marinara sauce and browned beef or sausage if using. Mix until well coated.
- Prepare a bundt pan or lined baking sheet. Mold spaghetti mixture into the pan, creating contours resembling a brain.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the spaghetti.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden-brown.
- Remove from oven, let cool for a few minutes, and serve. Optionally drizzle extra marinara on top.
