Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Prepare a bundt pan or lined baking sheet. Mold spaghetti mixture into the pan, creating contours resembling a brain.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the spaghetti.
  5. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden-brown.
