  2. Toss cubed sweet potatoes with olive oil, cinnamon, and nutmeg, then spread them on the baking sheet.
  3. Roast sweet potatoes for 50-60 minutes until tender, stirring halfway through.
  4. Lower oven temperature to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  5. Combine roasted sweet potatoes with almond milk, vanilla, brown sugar, maple syrup, spices, raisins, and marshmallows.
