Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your loaf pan.
  2. Mash the ripe bananas until smooth in a large mixing bowl.

  4. Mix in the mashed bananas and mascarpone cheese until combined.
