  • 3 stalks Celery Cut into 3-inch pieces.
  • 4 cloves Garlic Use whole cloves.
  • 1 head Cabbage Cut into wedges to add in the last hour of cooking.

  • 3 cups Beef Broth Adjust according to your brisket size.

Preparation Instructions
  1. Wash and prep vegetables. Layer small potatoes, quartered onions, baby carrots, and cut celery in the bottom of the slow cooker. Add whole garlic cloves.
  2. Place the corned beef brisket on top of the vegetable layer, fat side up.
  3. Pour in beef broth to nearly cover the brisket.
  4. Cover the slow cooker and set it to cook on low for about 9 hours.
  5. One hour before serving, gently add cabbage wedges on top of the corned beef and vegetables.
  6. After cooking, remove corned beef from the slow cooker and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
