  • 1 large Onion sweet or yellow
  • 3 cloves Garlic fresh
  • 1 inch Ginger fresh
For the Sauces
  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce tamari for gluten-free
  • 2 tablespoons Oyster Sauce or substitute with hoisin
For the Marinade
  • 2 tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon Cooking Oil peanut, vegetable, or avocado

Cooking Steps
  1. Marinate the Beef: Place beef strips in a bowl, add soy sauce and cornstarch, and let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  2. Cook the Onions: Heat cooking oil in a hot wok and stir-fry sliced onions for 2-3 minutes until soft and translucent.
  3. Sear the Beef: Add marinated beef strips to the wok and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until browned.
  4. Make the Sauce: In a bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, minced garlic, and ginger until smooth.
  5. Combine & Serve: Return cooked onions to the wok with beef, pour in the sauce, and toss everything for 1-2 minutes before serving.
