  • 8 slices Swiss Cheese Can substitute with provolone or cheddar
  • 12 pieces Slider Rolls Mini brioche or soft rolls
  • 1 cup Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce Apricot preserves are a great substitute
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise For creaminess
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard For tanginess
For the Topping
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter For brushing
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Enhances flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder Optional but recommended
  • 1 tablespoon Poppy Seeds For texture
  • 1/4 cup Parsley Chopped, for garnish

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the slider rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
  3. Mix mayonnaise and Dijon mustard together in a bowl and spread over the bottom rolls.
  4. Layer turkey, cranberry sauce, and Swiss cheese over the sauce-coated rolls.
  5. Place the top halves of the slider rolls over the cheese.
  6. Melt unsalted butter and mix with garlic powder, onion powder, poppy seeds, and parsley. Brush over the top rolls.
  7. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
  9. Let cool for a moment, then cut and serve warm.
