To Finish
  • 2 tbsp Oil (Avocado or Sesame)
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds for garnish
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro for garnish

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the Noodles: Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add noodles and cook for 4–6 minutes until tender. Drain and let dry.
  2. Marinate the Chicken: Slice chicken into bite-sized pieces, combine with cornstarch and soy sauce, marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. Prepare the Sauce: Whisk together soy sauce, honey or maple syrup, rice vinegar, hoisin sauce, sriracha, and sesame oil.
  4. Cook the Chicken: In a large pan, heat oil over medium-high heat, add marinated chicken, and cook for 5–7 minutes until browned.
  5. Sauté the Aromatics: Add minced garlic, sauté for 30 seconds, then add red bell pepper and carrots, cooking 2–3 minutes.
  6. Combine Everything Together: Return chicken to the pan, pour sauce over, and simmer for 2–3 minutes until thickened.
  7. Add the Noodles: Toss drained noodles into the pan until well-coated with sauce and heated through.
  8. Serve and Garnish: Serve immediately, garnished with sesame seeds and cilantro.
