Preparation Steps

  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet, add diced onions, cook and stir regularly for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Raise heat, add ground beef, smash and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned, drain excess fat, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, dijon mustard, and Cajun seasoning until smooth and adjust seasoning.
  5. Layer crispy potatoes in bowls, top with cooked beef, caramelized onions, shredded cheese, drizzle with sauce, and add optional toppings.
