Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken thighs with soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper powder, and corn starch. Mix well and marinate for about 10 minutes.

  3. Add marinated chicken thighs to the heated pan. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  4. Add the white parts of the scallions and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Stir in the green parts of the scallions and cook for an additional 10-20 seconds.
