  • 8 ounces LoMein Noodles or substitute with udon or spaghetti
For the Protein
  • 1 pound Ground Pork or swap with ground chicken, turkey, or tofu
For the Veggies
  • 1 package Coleslaw Mix or 4 cups shredded fresh cabbage
  • 4 stalks Green Onions use for cooking and as garnish
For the Sauce
  • 1 cup Low-Sodium Chicken Broth or use vegetable broth for vegetarian
  • 2 tablespoons Mirin or mix rice vinegar with sugar as substitute
  • 2 tablespoons Dark Soy Sauce or regular soy sauce in a pinch
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic fresh is best
  • 1 tablespoon Grated Ginger fresh is best
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha optional for heat
For Cooking
  • 2 tablespoons Peanut Oil or substitute with vegetable or canola oil

Step-by-Step Instructions for Potsticker Noodle Bowl
  1. Begin by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat. Once boiling, add the LoMein noodles and cook according to package instructions, usually around 5–7 minutes, then drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large skillet, heat peanut oil over medium-high heat. Add ground pork and half of the chopped green onions, and sauté for about 5–6 minutes until browned and fully cooked.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together chicken broth, mirin, dark soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, and sriracha to create the sauce.
  4. Add the cooked LoMein noodles and coleslaw mix to the skillet with sautéed pork. Toss gently to combine and heat through for about 2 minutes.
  5. Continue tossing for another minute ensuring each ingredient is evenly coated with the sauce. Garnish with remaining chopped green onions before serving.
