Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Thaw the Puff Pastry by placing it in the refrigerator overnight.
  2. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or as per puff pastry instructions.
  3. In a medium skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add 2 cups of fresh spinach and 1 cup of diced ham; sauté for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick and cut into 4x4 inch squares.
  5. Add a spoonful of the ham and spinach mixture on each pastry square and sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Fold the pastry over the filling diagonally and seal the edges.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
