Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil until well combined.
  2. Place a large skillet over high heat and add the canola oil. Allow to heat until shimmering.
  3. Add the broccoli florets and diced bell pepper to the hot skillet. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
  4. Introduce the chicken cut into pieces into the skillet and cook for about 8 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Sprinkle in the raw cashews and stir them into the stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
  6. Pour the prepared sauce into the skillet, bringing it to a gentle simmer and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and serve over rice or desired grain, garnishing with cashews or green onions.
