Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the sauce by whisking together the chicken broth, soy sauce, honey, cornstarch, ginger, and sesame oil until dissolved. Set aside.
  2. Heat the neutral oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook for 5-7 minutes until cooked through and golden brown. Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, add the broccoli and sauce. Cover and steam for 3-5 minutes until broccoli is crisp-tender.
  4. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, stir to combine, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
  5. Serve the stir-fry over cooked rice and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
