- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Boil water in a pot and add kosher salt. Submerge the tofu in boiling water for 10 minutes.
- Drain and cool the tofu, then cube it. Toss with salt, paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, black pepper, cumin, and oil.
- Slice sweet potatoes into ⅓-inch thick half-moons and cut broccoli into florets. Toss with oil and salt.
- Spread the seasoned tofu, sweet potatoes, and broccoli evenly on the sheet pan.
- Roast in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
- In the last 10 minutes of roasting, drizzle BBQ sauce over the tofu.
- Serve warm or chilled as desired.
