Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, coat chicken breasts with cornstarch and let rest for 10 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together brown sugar, Sriracha, soy sauce, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, and water.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Add the coated chicken and fry for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Remove the chicken and pour the prepared sauce into the skillet. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Return the chicken to the skillet and toss in the sauce for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
