Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef for about 7 to 10 minutes until fully cooked, then drain excess fat.

  4. Spoon filling into the center of each tortilla, roll tightly, and place seam-side down in a baking dish.
  5. Layer red enchilada sauce in the baking dish, then arrange enchiladas and drizzle the rest of the sauce on top.
  6. Cover and bake for about 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly.
