Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a large casserole dish.
- In a large pot, heat a drizzle of oil over medium heat and cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add the spaghetti, and cook for about 8-10 minutes until al dente.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cooked spaghetti, cream of chicken soup, chopped bell peppers, and spices; mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the greased casserole dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Let the casserole rest for about 5 minutes and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
