Step‑by‑Step Instructions for French Dip Sliders
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your baking sheet for the sliders.
  2. In a skillet, melt half of the butter, add sliced onion and thyme, season, and caramelize for about 30-40 minutes.
  3. On the baking sheet, place the bottom halves of the slider buns, layer with roast beef, caramelized onions, and provolone, then top with the remaining buns.
  4. Melt the remaining butter and brush it over the buns; sprinkle with parsley, garlic powder, and salt.
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.
