- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add 1 pound of Italian sausage, breaking it into smaller pieces. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes until browned.
- Incorporate 1 chopped onion and sauté for 4 to 5 minutes until translucent.
