Ingredients
  

For the Spice Mix
  • 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tbsp Dried Oregano or Mixed Herbs
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
For the Bowls
  • 4 medium Potatoes or frozen fries
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 500 g Lean Beef Mince or plant-based mince
  • 1 cup Lettuce (Shredded)
  • 1 cup Cheese optional
  • 1 cup Pickle Slices
For the Burger Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise or coconut yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Mustard Dijon or yellow
  • 1 tbsp Pickle Juice
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Prepare the Spice Mix by combining smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl. Set aside.
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into desired shapes. Pat dry and drizzle with olive oil and half the spice mix. Toss to coat.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 200°C (390°F) and cook the seasoned potatoes for about 20 minutes until golden, shaking halfway through.
  4. In a frying pan, heat olive oil, add beef mince, and cook while breaking apart. Stir in remaining spice mix and cook until browned, about 8-10 minutes.
  5. Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and pickle juice in a bowl. Add garlic powder and smoked paprika. Adjust to taste.
  6. Assemble bowls with crispy potatoes, shredded lettuce, beef mince, cheese, and pickles. Drizzle with sauce and serve.
