Preparation Steps
- Prepare the Spice Mix by combining smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Wash and cut the potatoes into desired shapes. Pat dry and drizzle with olive oil and half the spice mix. Toss to coat.
- Preheat air fryer to 200°C (390°F) and cook the seasoned potatoes for about 20 minutes until golden, shaking halfway through.
- In a frying pan, heat olive oil, add beef mince, and cook while breaking apart. Stir in remaining spice mix and cook until browned, about 8-10 minutes.
- Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and pickle juice in a bowl. Add garlic powder and smoked paprika. Adjust to taste.
- Assemble bowls with crispy potatoes, shredded lettuce, beef mince, cheese, and pickles. Drizzle with sauce and serve.
