  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard Yellow mustard can be used
  • 1 clove Garlic Minced for better incorporation
  • 1/4 tsp Salt Adjust according to taste

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the dressing by combining honey, red wine vinegar, olive oil, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and salt in a mason jar. Shake vigorously and chill.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Toast sliced almonds and broken ramen noodles separately on a baking sheet for 5-9 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine baby spinach, sliced strawberries, and chopped green onions. Toss gently to mix.
  4. Sprinkle toasted almonds and ramen over the salad and toss again to integrate.
  5. Crumble goat cheese on top and give a gentle toss to mix.
  6. Just before serving, drizzle the chilled dressing over the salad and mix well.
