  • 4 bags Black Tea Brewed and chilled
  • Ice Use large ice cubes
For the Flavor
  • 1 cup Martinelli's 100% Pure Apple Juice Without additives
  • Lemon Slices Fresh
For Garnishing
  • Apple Slices Fresh and crisp
  • Mint Sprig Optional

Equipment

  • medium saucepan
  • tall glass

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by boiling 4 cups of water in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Once boiling, remove it from heat and add 4 black tea bags. Let the tea steep for about 5 minutes for a robust flavor. After steeping, carefully remove the tea bags, and allow the tea to cool to room temperature before placing it in the refrigerator until chilled, about 30 minutes.
  2. Take a tall glass and fill it with several large ice cubes to ensure your drink stays refreshingly cold.
  3. Once the tea is chilled, pour the brewed black tea over the ice-filled glass, filling it about halfway. Add 1 cup of Martinelli's 100% Pure Apple Juice, stirring gently to integrate the flavors.
  4. Slice a fresh apple and a lemon, then carefully place a few apple slices into the glass along with a lemon slice or two.
  5. If desired, add a sprig of fresh mint on top for an aromatic finishing touch.
  6. Taste your Apple Iced Tea and adjust if needed with more apple juice or lemon juice.
