Ingredients
  

For the Skeleton
  • 4 medium carrots sliced into sticks
  • 4 sticks celery cut into arms and legs
  • 1 head cauliflower used for the skull
  • 1 cup broccoli cut into smaller florets
  • 6 medium cherry tomatoes for the eyes
  • 6 medium olives for eyes and nose
  • 1 medium cucumber sliced into rounds
For the Dips
  • 1 cup hummus for dipping
  • 1 cup ranch dressing for dipping
  • 1 cup guacamole for dipping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash all vegetables thoroughly under cold running water and prepare by peeling and slicing as needed.
  2. Arrange cauliflower florets in the center of the serving platter to create the skull shape.
  3. Use cherry tomatoes or olives for the eyes and nose on the cauliflower.
  4. Stack broccoli florets vertically on both sides of the cauliflower to form the ribcage and spine.
  5. Arrange celery sticks horizontally for the arms and cucumber slices vertically for the legs.
  6. Add extra pieces of bell pepper or cauliflower to mimic bones or joints.
  7. Serve with small bowls of dips around the platter.
