  • 1 lb Lean Ground Pork Choose 90-95% lean to keep meatballs juicy
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Can substitute with crushed crackers
  • 1 large Egg Acts as a binder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder Use fresh garlic for a stronger taste
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt Adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp Pepper Adjust to taste
For the Cranberry Sauce
  • 1 cup Cranberry Sauce Homemade or canned
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
Optional Garnish
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley Chopped, for garnish

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350℉ (175℃) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground pork, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Shape the mixture into medium-sized meatballs, about the size of a golf ball, and place them evenly on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 160℉.
  5. In a skillet over medium heat, combine cranberry sauce, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a gentle boil.
  6. Add the baked meatballs to the skillet, gently stirring to coat them in the sauce.
  7. Serve the meatballs on a platter, garnished with fresh parsley.
