Step-by-Step Instructions

  6. Scoop the cookie dough into each muffin cup, pressing gently to create a base and a small well for the chocolate cups.
  7. Bake the muffin pan for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden and centers are soft.
  8. Immediately press a mini peanut butter cup into the center of each cookie after removing from the oven.
