- Heat a large skillet over high heat and add a drizzle of olive oil. Sear the steak for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown, then let it rest.
- In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and melt 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Sprinkle in red pepper flakes and add cooked pasta to the skillet. Toss gently in the garlic butter and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Slowly mix in 1 cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese into the skillet, stirring until melted into a creamy sauce.
- Slice the rested steak into strips and toss with the pasta, allowing the flavors to combine. Let it sit for a couple of minutes before serving.
