  • 8 oz Pasta (spaghetti or linguine) penne also works

  • 4-5 cloves Garlic (minced) fresh is best
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese (freshly grated) avoid pre-shredded
  • 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes adjust to spice preference

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat a large skillet over high heat and add a drizzle of olive oil. Sear the steak for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown, then let it rest.
  2. In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and melt 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Sprinkle in red pepper flakes and add cooked pasta to the skillet. Toss gently in the garlic butter and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Slowly mix in 1 cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese into the skillet, stirring until melted into a creamy sauce.
  5. Slice the rested steak into strips and toss with the pasta, allowing the flavors to combine. Let it sit for a couple of minutes before serving.
  6. Serve with a sprinkle of additional Parmesan and red pepper flakes if desired. Enjoy!
