  • 1 tsp Minced Ginger fresh preferred for maximum flavor
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic freshly minced best
  • 2 tbsp Fish Sauce substitute with soy sauce for vegetarian option
  • 400 ml Coconut Milk use low-fat coconut milk for lighter version
  • Oil from Marion’s Kitchen Crispy Chilli Oil optional for those who prefer milder flavors
For the Veggies
  • 1 bunch Bok Choy, chopped can be swapped for spinach or kale
  • 1 Zucchini, cut into bite-sized pieces substitute with other quick-cooking vegetables if desired
For the Dumplings
  • 20 Frozen Dumplings variants like gyoza can be used
For Garnish
  • Chopped Coriander Leaves can replace with parsley if preferred
  • Lime Wedges optional for serving

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 200 °C (or 180 °C if using a fan-forced setting).
  2. In an oven-safe roasting pan or a casserole dish, combine coconut milk, green curry paste, minced ginger, minced garlic, fish sauce, and crispy chilli oil.
  3. Toss in the chopped bok choy, zucchini, and frozen dumplings, stirring to coat them in the sauce.
  4. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 20 minutes.
  5. Remove the dish from the oven, drizzle with crispy chilli oil, sprinkle with coriander leaves, and serve hot with lime wedges.
