Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese full-fat for the best results
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk adjust for sweetness preference
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant banana pudding mix instant for best results
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream full-fat for optimal fluffiness
Crust
  • 2 cups vanilla wafers can substitute with graham crackers
  • cup butter melted

Method
 

Prepare the Crust
  1. Crush 2 cups of vanilla wafers until fine crumbs. Mix with ⅓ cup melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan and chill for 30 minutes.
Mix the Filling
  1. Beat 8 oz of cream cheese until creamy. Gradually add 1 cup sweetened condensed milk and blend until smooth. Mix in 1 package of instant banana pudding until thickened.
Incorporate Whipped Cream
  1. Whip 1 cup of heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the banana pudding mixture.
Assemble the Cheesecake
  1. Pour filling over chilled crust. Smooth the top and cover. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
Serve
  1. Remove sides of the springform pan. Garnish with whipped cream and banana slices. Serve chilled.
