Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray each muffin cup with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine pre-cooked stuffing and chopped turkey; add whisked egg and mix until incorporated.
  3. Fill each muffin cup with the mixture, pressing down firmly to pack it in.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown and firm to the touch.
  5. Cool for 10 minutes, then carefully run a knife around the edges to loosen.
  6. Transfer to a platter and top each cup with warm turkey gravy.
