  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning use your favorite brand or homemade mix
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese consider pepper jack for a zesty kick
For the Shells
  • 12 pieces Taco Shells or soft tortillas if preferred
For the Toppings
  • 1 cup Chopped Lettuce or your favorite greens
  • 1 cup Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Chopped Onions red onions for added color
For Garnishing
  • 1 cup Sour Cream add lime juice for brightness
  • 1 cup Salsa guacamole is a great alternative

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather your skillet and taco shells.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Mix in the taco seasoning and cook until fragrant.
  3. Fill taco shells with seasoned beef and a sprinkle of shredded cheese, pressing gently into skull molds.
  4. Press filled taco shells into molds and bake for 15 minutes until golden and crispy.
  5. Carefully remove molds from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before gently pulling out the skulls.
  6. Garnish Taco Skulls with chopped lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. Serve with sour cream and salsa.
