For the Sauces
  • 1 spray Olive Oil Spray Grease the baking sheet.
  • 1-2 tablespoons Pizza Sauce Adds moisture and flavor.
For the Cheese
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese For delicious creaminess.
  • 1 piece String Cheese For spooky mummy decorations.
For the Toppings
  • 1/2 cup Black Olives Sliced to resemble spider bodies.
  • 1/2 cup Mini Pepperoni Optional, for flavor.
  • 1 each Orange Bell Pepper Cut into fun shapes.
  • 1 each Green Bell Pepper Cut into fun shapes.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Basil Chiffonade for garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a baking sheet with olive oil spray.
  2. Spread 1-2 tablespoons of pizza sauce on each mini pizza crust, leaving a small border.
  3. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on half of the pizzas and decorate one with string cheese for mummy faces.
  4. Use sliced black olives and bell pepper strips to create fun designs on the pizzas.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, rotating the baking sheet halfway through.
  6. Allow the pizzas to cool for 2 minutes before garnishing with fresh basil.
