  • 1.5 cups Cheddar Cheese (grated) Monterey Jack or Pepper Jack can be used.

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Start by heating 2 tablespoons of avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  2. Add 1 pound of ground beef and 1 finely chopped onion to the skillet. Sauté for 7-10 minutes until browned and onions are translucent.
  3. Sprinkle in 2 teaspoons of Montreal Steak Spice, stirring well to incorporate.
  4. Stir in 1 finely chopped green bell pepper and 1 minced clove of garlic. Sauté for another 3 minutes.
  5. Pour in 1¼ cups of cream of mushroom soup and 2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce. Stir and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Let the sauce simmer for about 5 minutes, then mix in 1½ cups of grated cheddar cheese until melted.
  7. Spoon the cheesy beef mixture into hoagie rolls and serve warm.
