Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl or Ziploc bag, combine olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, rosemary, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper and mix well to create the marinade.
  2. Cut steak into bite-sized cubes. Add to marinade and coat thoroughly. Marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated steak in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
