  • 12 large marshmallows or flavored marshmallows

  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips or milk chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream milk can be used as a substitute
  • 1 tablespoon butter clarified for cleaner taste

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the egg and vanilla until fully incorporated.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
  6. Shape about 2 tablespoons of dough around a marshmallow and seal it completely.
  7. Place shaped cookie balls on baking sheets 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set and centers are slightly soft.
  9. Let cookies cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire racks.
  10. For the drizzle: Melt chocolate chips, heavy cream, and butter until smooth. Drizzle over cooled cookies.
