Method
 

Preparation Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Prepare your springform pan for the crust.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of the springform pan.
  3. Bake for 8-10 minutes until slightly golden, then cool completely.
  4. Beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Gradually add sour cream, vanilla, and eggs, mixing gently.
  5. In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, brown sugar, and butter. Cook until thickened. Divide into two bowls and color one green and the other purple.
  6. Pour the creamy filling over the cooled crust. Drizzle the green and purple mixtures over the top and swirl gently.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes until edges are set with a slight jiggle in the center.
  8. Turn off the oven, crack the door open, and let cool for an hour before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
  9. Remove from the springform pan, add extra swirls and edible glitter if desired, then slice and serve.
