Preparation Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Prepare your springform pan for the crust.
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of the springform pan.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until slightly golden, then cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Gradually add sour cream, vanilla, and eggs, mixing gently.
- In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, brown sugar, and butter. Cook until thickened. Divide into two bowls and color one green and the other purple.
- Pour the creamy filling over the cooled crust. Drizzle the green and purple mixtures over the top and swirl gently.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until edges are set with a slight jiggle in the center.
- Turn off the oven, crack the door open, and let cool for an hour before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
- Remove from the springform pan, add extra swirls and edible glitter if desired, then slice and serve.
