Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook diced bacon over medium heat until crispy, about 5–7 minutes.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté chopped onion and minced garlic for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Add ground beef, breaking it up, and cook until browned, about 5–7 minutes.
  5. Stir in the cooked bacon, mixing well with the beef, onions, and garlic.
  6. In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs, heavy cream, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  7. Grease an 8x8-inch baking dish and layer the ground beef mixture.
  8. Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the beef layer.
  9. Pour the egg mixture over the layered beef and cheese.
  10. Top with remaining cheddar cheese evenly across the top.
  11. Bake for 25–30 minutes until set, bubbly, and golden brown.
  12. Cool for a few minutes before slicing. Garnish with green onions or tomatoes if desired.
