Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon strips until crispy, about 6-8 minutes. Set aside on paper towels.
  2. Pat chicken breasts dry, season generously with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and cook the seasoned chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
  4. Mash the avocado in a bowl, mix in ranch dressing and lime juice until smooth.
  5. Toast the sourdough slices until golden and crisp, about 1-2 minutes per side.
  6. Spread avocado ranch on toasted bread, layer with lettuce, sliced chicken, bacon, tomatoes, and cheese. Top with remaining bread.
  7. Slice the sandwich in half and serve with kettle-cooked chips or salad.
